- The Helm control panel is easy to use and allows a single point of management for all of my domains
- The ability to remotely connect to my SQL Server databases was a HUGE selling point for me. I am able to connect to my hosted databases via SQL Management Studio just as if it were running on my local machine. I also develop applications that use those remotely-hosted databases.
- ReliableSite also has staff with IM running and they're always been responsive in helping me ON THE SPOT. None of this, "we'll get back to you within 3 business days" routine.
